GLOBAL ECONOMY IN 2020 TO BE PROJECTED FOR A REBOUND IN 2021
The total investment value in 2019 grew 2.43% or Rp. 620.42 billion compared to 2018. For 2020, the first quarter is actually seen increasing compared to 2018 & 2019 in the same quarter. The growth in investment value tends to occur in the third quarter. This shows that investment is still growing even though the Covid-19 pandemic has spread nationally.
The largest distribution of both PMA and PMDN is still dominated by the East Coast region, amounting to 64.19% of the total investment that has been recorded from 2015-2020 *. The distribution of investment is still not evenly distributed in the districts / cities, and there are even districts (Nias Utara) where the investment has not been realized.
