ABOUT US

PT Kawasan Industri Nusantara (KINRA) is a company domiciled in Sei Mengkai Village, Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, established in 2014 as contained in Deed Number 24 dated June 19, 2014, drawn up in the presence of Ade Yulianty, SH, MKn, Bachelor of Law, Notary in Medan. The Articles of Association of the Company have been completely amended and adjusted to Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies as evident in Deed Number 3 dated December 11th, 2017, and have obtained the approval of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-AH.01.03-0200459 of 2017 dated December 11th, 2017 which is related to Deed Number 5 dated September 12th, 2018, where the two deeds were drawn up in the presence of Ade Yulianty, SH, MKn, Bachelor of Law, Notary in Medan.

 

By the Articles of Association of the Company, PT Kawasan Industri Nusantara carries out business activities that are focused on the Development, Management, and Marketing of the Sei Mangkei Special Economic Zone. By becoming a company that is oriented towards industrial estate services, PT Kawasan Industri Nusantara has become the first and foremost company of the PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Group in the Industrial Estate business sector.

 

PT Kawasan Industri Nusantara proudly aspires to be a superior company and be the pride of Indonesia in increasing domestic investment through optimizing the SEZ of Sei Mangkei and plays an important role in bringing prosperity to the Indonesian nation.
